This shop is a great option for car owners in the area. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with many customers raving about their excellent customer service. The shop offers a wide selection of tires, including new and used options, and the prices are very competitive. One customer reported saving $230 on a set of Pirelli tires, which is a significant discount. While the shop has received some negative reviews, many of these complaints can be attributed to misunderstandings or miscommunications. For example, one customer reported being quoted a higher price for lug nuts than another shop, but this may have been due to the shop's honesty in explaining the need for specialized lug nuts. The shop has also received praise for its quick and efficient service. Many customers have reported being in and out with a new set of tires in under an hour, which is impressive considering the number of customers they serve.Unfortunately, the shop is not immune to issues. One customer reported having a tire blow out on the highway due to uneven tread wear, which is a serious safety concern. This incident highlights the importance of regular tire maintenance and inspection.Overall, AF New & Used Tire Shop seems to be a reputable and trustworthy option for car owners in the area. While it's not perfect, the shop's strengths in customer service, pricing, and selection make it a great choice for those in need of tires.
