I was impressed with the modern design and amenities of AER Apartments, including the high-rise studio apartments, luxury finishes, and top-tier amenities such as the swimming pool, fitness center, and outdoor space. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the city's best and a walkable distance to the Straz and Riverwalk. However, some of the comments from residents highlight issues with maintenance, including broken elevators, clogged drains, and faulty AC units. One resident also mentioned concerns about safety, including unlocked doors and homeless people in the area. Despite these issues, many residents praise the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, making it a great option for those looking for a luxury living experience in downtown Tampa.
