I was pleased with the overall experience at AdventHealth Centra Care Wesley Chapel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the facility was clean and well-maintained. However, there were a few issues with communication and follow-through that prevented it from being a truly excellent experience. The quality of care was good, but not exceptional, and the prices were a bit higher than I expected. On the other hand, the staff was innovative in their approach to patient care, using new technologies and techniques to diagnose and treat patients. One notable issue was the long wait time for some patients, which was a bit frustrating. However, the staff did their best to manage the wait and keep patients informed. Overall, I would recommend AdventHealth Centra Care Wesley Chapel to others, but would suggest that they work on improving their communication and follow-through.
