We are glad we decided to move to this apartment complex. It has its pros and cons. On one hand, the staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Eva and Alyssa. They were always available to answer our questions and made the process of moving in seamless. The complex itself is clean and well-maintained, and the pool and fitness center are nice amenities to have. We also appreciate the variety of events that are hosted here, which helps us meet our neighbors and feel a sense of community.However, we have had some issues with noise from our neighbors. The walls are not very soundproof, and we can hear almost every step and noise from the apartments above and next to us. Additionally, the dog park is often a mess, with broken glass and weeds, which can be a problem for our pet. We also have some concerns about the maintenance of the complex. While Cesar is always prompt and helpful when we have maintenance requests, there are sometimes long delays in fixing issues.Overall, we are happy with our decision to move here, but we hope that the complex will continue to improve in areas such as soundproofing and maintenance.We are especially frustrated with the move-out process. We had to pay a significant cleaning fee, which we felt was unfair. The fee was excessive and not justified by the condition of our apartment. We are also disappointed in the lack of communication from the management team during this process.Despite these issues, we do appreciate the community here. It is a great location, with a variety of amenities and a welcoming atmosphere. We just wish that the management team would take our concerns more seriously and address them in a more timely manner.One major issue is the unresponsiveness of the management team. We have tried to contact them multiple times with concerns and requests, but we have not received a timely or satisfactory response. This has made it difficult for us to feel confident in the management of the complex.We also appreciate the effort that the management team has put into creating a sense of community here. The events and activities they host are a great way to meet our neighbors and feel connected to the community.We would like to see some improvements in the maintenance of the complex. Sometimes we have to wait for a long time for issues to be fixed, and this can be frustrating.The community is LGBTQ+ friendly and has a safe and welcoming atmosphere. However, the management team could do a better job of communicating with residents and addressing concerns in a timely manner.The complex is also very quiet and peaceful, which is a major plus. However, we wish that the management team would do a better job of keeping the dog park clean and tidy.Overall, we are happy with our decision to move here, but we hope that the complex will continue to improve in areas such as soundproofing and maintenance. We also hope that the management team will be more responsive to resident concerns in the future.
