I visited this medical service location for urology care and was not impressed. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, with several incidents of being sent to different departments or told to call back later. The lack of communication and follow-through on promises is a major concern. While the clinic has a good reputation, my experience suggests otherwise. It's a shame, as the doctor I saw seemed knowledgeable, but the rest of the experience was marred by poor service. One major issue that stood out was the billing and administrative problems, including being mischarged and not having issues resolved despite multiple calls. This clinic seems to prioritize getting patients in and out quickly over providing good care and communication. I would not recommend this location to others due to these issues. The office itself is well-located and easy to find, but the problems with service and billing outweigh any benefits. It's a good idea to explore other options in the area for better care.
