This business has a location in Lutz City and offers services in the Sports & Fitness, Swimming Pools, and Swimming pool contractor categories. They also have a partnership with Advanced Pool & Spa Inc.Unfortunately, the quality of work seems to be a major issue. The contractors may not always prioritize attention to detail, as seen in one of the reported incidents where a customer's pool was not resurfaced correctly, with a technician leaving a hollow spot in the shallow end. This oversight can compromise the safety and structural integrity of the pool. The company has also shown a lack of respect for customers' properties, with an instance of cigarette butt litter being left behind during a job.Another concern is the difficulty in reaching management to address issues or concerns. This can be frustrating for customers and may indicate a lack of effective communication within the company. The pricing seems to be decent, but it's not enough to make up for the poor quality of work and customer service. The innovativeness of the business is unclear, as there is limited information available about their services or approaches to problem-solving. Overall, this business has significant room for improvement, especially in terms of quality and customer service.
