I've visited Advanced Internal Medicine Care at their location on Kingsway Rd Road in Brandon City. While the staff was generally friendly, there were some issues that dampened my experience. The most notable issue was the lack of personal touch from the doctors. On both my visits, I felt like I was just another patient, with the doctor barely exchanging more than a few words with me. The nurse who took my blood pressure seemed to be in a hurry, using an old device and not fully checking my pressure. The same nurse also walked into the room without knocking on my second visit, which felt very unprofessional. The clinic itself is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and restroom that are easy to navigate. They accept various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. However, the initial appointment process was a bit confusing, and I had to make multiple phone calls to get the referral I needed. One positive aspect of my experience was the cleanliness of the clinic. The office was tidy, and the staff seemed to be on top of their tasks. However, the overall atmosphere was somewhat negative, with a general feeling of apathy among the staff. In terms of innovativeness, I was impressed by the clinic's willingness to use technology, such as NFC mobile payments. However, this aspect was somewhat overshadowed by the more pressing issues I encountered.Overall, I would recommend Advanced Internal Medicine Care to those who are looking for a straightforward, no-frills medical experience. However, if you're looking for a more personalized and attentive approach, you may want to consider other options.
