This location is a specialized center for hand and upper extremity injuries and illnesses. The office staff is very helpful and welcoming. The doctors, particularly Dr. Miller and Dr. Gargasz, are thorough, caring, and take the time to explain everything. They have a good bedside manner and make their patients feel at ease. The staff is also very attentive and reassuring during office visits. The waiting time is minimal, and the office is very organized. Some clients had a good experience with their surgeries, and the results were excellent. However, there was one instance where a client had a poor experience with billing and felt that the office did not communicate effectively about costs. This could be an area for improvement.
