This shopping and packaging supply store is located in Lakeland City, offering a range of products and services for customers. The business is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that are easily accessible for people with disabilities. However, some customers have reported issues with the staff's professionalism and communication. In one instance, a customer had a bad experience with a rude and unprofessional staff member, who yelled at them and took four hours to resolve a simple issue. On the other hand, some customers have reported fast shipping and receiving services, with one customer praising the efficiency of the team. The business has received a rating of 3.5 from third-party sources. Some customers have also reported issues with the management and working conditions, describing it as a "sweat shop" with no professionalism or respect for employees. Overall, the business seems to have some issues with customer service and staff behavior, but also has some positive qualities. A major issue that needs to be addressed is the lack of professionalism and respect from some staff members, which can have a negative impact on customers.
