The location seems to be a truck accessories store with a wide variety of automotive parts and accessories. The store is located in Building 821, Towne Center Dr Drive, Poinciana City. The staff is friendly and helpful, with some team members going above and beyond to assist customers. However, there have been instances of poor customer service, including a customer being told they had to wait in line for a long time, and another customer being spoken to rudely by a staff member. Some customers have also reported that the store is often understaffed, leading to long wait times. The store has a good selection of products, but some customers have reported issues with the quality of certain products. Overall, the location seems to be a decent place to shop for automotive parts and accessories, but there are some areas for improvement. The biggest issue seems to be the inconsistent quality of the products and the lack of professionalism from some staff members. The store's pricing seems to be competitive, and the staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable. However, the store's innovativeness and quality of products are areas that need improvement.
