Advance Auto Parts is a well-established store with a wide variety of automotive parts and accessories. The store is easy to find, located on S Tamiami Trl Trail in Venice City. The building is situated in a busy area, and there is ample parking available. The staff is generally helpful and knowledgeable, with some employees going above and beyond to assist customers. Luther, in particular, has been praised for his excellent customer service skills. The store's selection of parts is impressive, with a wide range of products available for different makes and models of vehicles. The inventory is well-stocked, and customers have reported being able to find what they need quickly. However, there have been some issues with the store not having certain parts in stock, even after ordering them online.Prices at Advance Auto Parts are generally competitive, with some customers reporting that they are able to find better deals on certain items than at other stores. The store also offers online ordering and pickup, which is convenient for customers who prefer to shop online. One potential issue with the store is that the staff may not always be available to answer questions or provide assistance. Some customers have reported having to wait for a staff member to become available or being ignored while they waited in line. However, this appears to be an exception rather than the rule.Overall, Advance Auto Parts is a reliable choice for customers who need automotive parts and accessories. The store's wide selection, competitive prices, and helpful staff make it a great resource for car owners in the area. With a few minor improvements to customer service, this store could truly be exceptional.
