The location seems to be a good place for shopping for car parts and accessories, with a wide variety of options available. The staff is friendly and helpful, with some team members going above and beyond to assist customers. However, there have been some issues with customer service, including one instance where a customer felt that the staff was not helpful and another where a customer was told that they couldn't get a diagnosis on their car because the engine light was not on. Additionally, there have been some complaints about the prices being out of line, although this seems to be a one-time issue. Overall, the location seems to have its strengths and weaknesses, and could benefit from some improvement in customer service and pricing. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some team members being more knowledgeable and helpful than others. Some customers have reported that they were able to find what they needed quickly and easily, while others have had to wait or were not helped as much as they would have liked.
