The staff is known for being friendly and knowledgeable, which is great for customers who are looking for advice on car repairs or maintenance. Some customers have reported having a good experience with the staff, who were helpful and courteous. However, there are some instances where customers have reported having a negative experience with the staff, such as being rude or unhelpful. The store has a good reputation for having good customer service, with some customers reporting that the staff went above and beyond to help them. The store is also known for having a wide selection of parts and tools, which is great for customers who are looking for something specific. However, some customers have reported that the store's inventory is not always up-to-date, which can make it difficult to find what you need. The store has a good location and is easily accessible, with a free parking lot available for customers. The store's working hours are also convenient, with extended hours on weekdays and Saturdays. However, the store is closed on Thursdays, which may be a drawback for some customers.
