I had a great experience at Addison Dicus Co. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. They offer a wide selection of high-quality rugs and flooring options, which is perfect for anyone looking to update their space. The store is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it a great option for people with disabilities. The customer service is top-notch, with a service guarantee and installation service available. They also offer in-store shopping, in-store pickup, and delivery options, making it easy to get your new flooring. The only drawback I noticed is that they are a small business, and as such, they may have limited availability and longer lead times for custom orders. One issue that might be worth mentioning is that, as seen from a client's feedback, the company may have some issues with shipping and delivery, which can be frustrating for customers who are waiting for their products.Overall, I would highly recommend Addison Dicus Co. for anyone looking for high-quality rugs and flooring options. With their excellent customer service, wide selection, and convenient services, they are a great choice for anyone looking to update their space. The company has a solid reputation, with a rating of 4.4 from third-party sources, and multiple positive reviews from clients who have had great experiences with their products and services.Addison Dicus Co. is a great resource for anyone looking for high-quality rugs and flooring options in the Tampa area. Their commitment to excellent customer service and their wide selection of products make them a great choice for anyone looking to update their space.
