This apartment complex offers a great place to live, with amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness center, and outdoor space. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and offer in-unit washer/dryer, making life easier for residents. However, there are some issues with cleanliness, particularly with regards to pet waste. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some team members like Joel and Amanda standing out for their excellent service. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, but there have been some issues with delays and unfulfilled requests. Overall, this complex is a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live, but there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Note: The average rating of this apartment complex is 4.2 stars, according to the third-party ratings.
