This smoke shop has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making customers feel at ease. The owner is often described as kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. The store has a vast selection of goods, including vapes, kratom, and other smoke shop items. The prices are competitive and often lower than other stores in the area. The store's accessibility features, such as a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, make it a convenient option for customers with mobility issues. The only issue that some customers have experienced is occasional inconsistent hours of operation, with one customer reporting that the store was closed at 3:15 pm despite the sign indicating it was open.Despite this, the majority of customers rave about their experiences, praising the owner's helpfulness and the store's excellent selection. Many have become loyal customers, citing the store's great deals and friendly service as reasons to continue shopping there. The store's working hours seem to be the only drawback, with some customers experiencing frustration when trying to visit outside of the listed hours.
