Action Roofing's Tampa location has received numerous positive reviews from clients, praising their professional and knowledgeable staff. Clients have consistently mentioned the excellent customer service they received, with some even going as far as saying they were "impressed" and "delighted" with the experience. Many clients have noted that the staff took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making them feel at ease throughout the process. While the majority of reviews have been overwhelmingly positive, there is one negative review that stands out. The reviewer, Samantha, had a poor experience with the company, citing unprofessional behavior and a lack of transparency. However, the company responded promptly and attempted to resolve the issue. Overall, Action Roofing's Tampa location appears to be a reliable and trustworthy choice for roofing services. However, it's essential to keep in mind that there may be some occasional issues, and it's crucial to research and understand the company's policies and procedures before making a decision.
