This location appears to be a well-established business with a wide range of services, including electrical work, construction, building materials, and glass industry services. They have a clear physical presence, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and a dedicated address on US-27 Street in Dundee City.Their website is available, and they have a clear listing for their business, including their phone number and working hours. The co-branding with Action Glass Sales & Services Inc suggests a strong partnership. However, a closer look at the customer feedback reveals some areas of concern. There have been multiple reports of poor quality work, unprofessional behavior, and a lack of follow-through on warranty service. These issues have resulted in damage to the customers' properties and wasted time and money. The positive feedback is limited to one instance of a customer experiencing kind and prompt service. It is essential to consider these mixed reviews when making a decision about this location. The lack of innovation is also noticeable, as there is no indication of new or groundbreaking services being offered. The pricing score is also empty, which might suggest that customers are not satisfied with the cost of their services. The main issue with this business seems to be the inconsistent quality of their work and the lack of professionalism displayed by their staff. This is a significant concern, especially for businesses that rely on reliable and trustworthy service providers.
