I visited the Act Roofing location at Building 410, S Aurora Ave Avenue, Clearwater City, and overall, I had a decent experience. The staff seemed friendly and welcoming, and the facility appeared well-maintained. The company has a good reputation online, with many customers praising their professionalism and quality work. However, one issue I noticed was with the responsiveness of the staff. I had a minor problem with a spill on the driveway, and although they apologized, it was not addressed, leaving a small stain. As for the quality of their work, it seems to be hit or miss. Some customers have reported great results, while others have had issues with their roofs leaking after a short period. It's essential to take this into consideration when deciding whether to hire them for your project.Pricing-wise, Act Roofing seems to be competitive, with many customers commenting on their fair prices. However, it's crucial to get a quote and compare it with other companies to ensure you're getting the best deal.In terms of innovativeness, Act Roofing has a wide range of services, from residential to commercial projects, which indicates a willingness to adapt and innovate in their industry.Overall, Act Roofing seems like a solid choice for roofing services, but it's essential to do your research and weigh the pros and cons before making a decision.
