I visited the construction and development location in Zephyrhills City. The place is easy to find, located on Airport Rd Road, Building 4926. I was impressed by the welcoming staff, they were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, I noticed that the facility is not wheelchair accessible, it only has a parking lot which is okay, but I've seen better options in other places. As a concrete contractor, the team did a great job with concrete work. However, the quality of the materials they use could be improved. The prices are really competitive, which is great for customers. I didn't notice anything particularly innovative about their approach, but they do work well with other brands, like Ace Aluminum & Concrete Inc. Overall, this is a good place to consider for construction and development projects, but there is room for improvement.
