Accent Distributing is a well-established business located in Sarasota City. The company offers a wide range of services, including 3M Sun Control Window Films, 3M Safety and Security Window Films, Auto Films, and window film training. The staff is highly knowledgeable and friendly, with Matt Roberts being a notable example of their excellent customer service. The business has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, making it convenient for visitors with disabilities. The working hours are somewhat limited, but they do offer extended hours on certain days of the week. The company has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from clients, with many praising their great customer service, excellent products, and friendly environment. However, one client had a negative experience with their training program and felt misled about the benefits and certificates provided. One notable issue is that the business has a policy of not allowing customers to return or complain about mistakes, as evidenced by a past client who was banned from making purchases after returning a defective product. This approach may be off-putting to some customers.Overall, Accent Distributing appears to be a reliable and knowledgeable business that offers a range of services to customers in the Sarasota area. While there may be some limitations and potential drawbacks, their excellent customer service and product offerings make them a great choice for those in need of window film solutions.
