I visited this ABC Supply location in Haines City, and overall, it had a good impression. The staff seemed professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of building materials they had available, including a wide selection of roofing materials, doors, windows, and railings. The employees were helpful and made an effort to ensure that I had a good experience.One of the employees, Christian, was particularly notable for his excellent customer service. He made a genuine effort to understand my needs and provided helpful advice. The staff also seemed to be working well together, with each person knowing their role and responsibilities.However, I did notice that the store had some issues with maintaining a consistent inventory level. When I called ahead to confirm availability, I was told that certain products would be available, but when I arrived, they were out of stock. This was frustrating, especially since I had traveled a distance to get there.The store also had some issues with parking, especially for larger vehicles. The parking lot was not well-designed, and it was difficult to maneuver large trucks or trailers. This made it challenging for me to unload my materials and get back on the road.Overall, I would recommend this ABC Supply location to others, but with some caveats. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the variety of products was impressive. However, the inventory issues and parking problems were frustrating, and I hope the store will address these issues in the future.
