The owners, Louis and his family, are extremely friendly and accommodating, making it a pleasure to do business with them. They take pride in keeping the property clean and well-lit, providing easy access to the storage areas. The pricing is very competitive, especially considering the quality of service and facilities offered. The staff is highly responsive to any issues or concerns, and they go above and beyond to ensure that customers are satisfied. They even offer 24/7 access, making it convenient for those who need to access their storage space at any time. The facility is also equipped with on-site parking, making it easy to load and unload items. One potential issue to be aware of is the case of a customer who had issues with their refund after paying a year in advance. However, this was an isolated incident, and the facility's overall reputation is overwhelmingly positive.Overall, ABC Affordable Outside Storage is a great option for those in need of a secure and reliable storage solution.
