This location is a housing development and home builder with a focus on creating beautiful communities. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, making the home-buying process enjoyable and seamless. They have a wide range of home floor plans to choose from and a team of experts who can guide you through the process. The community itself is well-designed, with amenities such as on-site parking and a club house with a pool. However, one issue with the community is that the pool is often ruined by children, and the HOA does not do much to address this problem. Some customers have reported issues with the quality of the homes, citing poor workmanship and non-responsive warranty claims. Others have mentioned that the homes are overpriced and that the sales team can be uncooperative.Despite these issues, many customers have had positive experiences with the location, praising the professionalism and knowledge of the sales team, the beauty of the homes, and the overall quality of the community. Overall, this location seems to be a mixed bag, with some strengths and some weaknesses.
