This location is a reputable mental health clinic that provides ABA therapy services. The staff is well-trained and certified, making them a reliable choice for those seeking help. The clinic is wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus for people with mobility issues. Unfortunately, there have been some issues with communication and follow-up, which has led to frustration for some clients. One client reported that they had to call multiple times to get a response from the office manager, which is unacceptable. Another client expressed concern about the lack of a ramp at the entrance, which seems like a critical oversight. Despite these issues, the clinic has a good reputation and offers a free consultation, making it a worthwhile option for those seeking help. Overall, the quality of service is decent, but the clinic falls short in terms of communication and accessibility.
