This location has a friendly atmosphere and welcoming environment for its clients. The trainers are knowledgeable and professional, with a great understanding of the human body and movement. They create a personalized plan for each client, taking into account their goals and needs. The location has a variety of equipment and offers different types of classes, making it suitable for people of all fitness levels. One of the standout features is the emphasis on healthy living and nutrition, which is reflected in the delicious protein muffins offered to clients. The trainers are also very knowledgeable about the importance of recovery and take the time to explain the science behind it. The only issue that some clients have experienced is the occasional lack of communication from the trainers, but this is quickly rectified when brought to their attention. Overall, this location is a great choice for anyone looking for a supportive and knowledgeable training environment.
