The store is located in a convenient area, and its variety of furniture and electronics makes it a good option for customers. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with some team members going above and beyond to provide good customer service. There are some issues with communication and customer satisfaction, as evidenced by some negative reviews. However, the majority of customers seem to be satisfied with their experience. One issue that stands out is the problem with customer service, as some customers have reported being treated poorly by staff members, particularly in situations where they need help with returns or refunds. Additionally, there have been instances of double-charging customers, which is unacceptable.Despite these issues, the store's overall rating remains high, thanks to its convenient location, variety of products, and generally friendly staff. However, it's essential for the management to address the customer service concerns and ensure that customers receive fair treatment. The store's parking is easily accessible, and they accept various payment methods, including credit and debit cards, as well as NFC mobile payments. They also offer various services, such as repair, installation, and assembly, which can be convenient for customers. The store's working hours are mostly standard, but there are some irregularities, such as the store being closed on Thursdays. It's unclear whether this is a permanent change or just a temporary adjustment.Overall, while the store has some drawbacks, its convenient location, variety of products, and friendly staff make it a good option for customers. However, the management needs to focus on improving customer service and addressing the issues that have been reported.
