4.2

This business location, AAA Outboard Motor Repair Inc, has shown great consistency in its services and quality of work. With a score of 4.2 overall, it's clear that this location is well-regarded by its customers. The quality of work is particularly notable, with a score of 4.1 out of 5. This suggests that the technicians and staff at this location are knowledgeable and skilled in their work, and that they take pride in delivering high-quality results. Pricing is also a strong point, with a score of 4.4 out of 5. This suggests that the prices charged by this location are reasonable and competitive, and that customers feel that they are getting value for their money. While innovativeness is a key aspect of any business, it's not as clear how this location approaches innovation. However, with a score of 4.2 out of 5, it's clear that this location is still able to stay ahead of the curve and offer new and improved services to its customers. One potential issue that stands out is the experience of one customer, who had to wait for four weeks before their boat was even looked at, and then was not even apologized to. This suggests that this location may struggle with managing its workload and providing timely service to its customers. Overall, however, this location seems to be a solid choice for anyone in need of boat repairs or maintenance. With its high-quality work, reasonable pricing, and commitment to customer satisfaction, it's clear that AAA Outboard Motor Repair Inc is a business that can be trusted.
