This business location is situated in Building 289, Marion Oaks Ln Lane, Ocala City, making it easily accessible to the community it serves. The facility is wheelchair accessible, featuring a convenient parking lot. The company has partnered with A1 Satellite Connection Inc, which may indicate a commitment to collaboration and networking. However, the quality of service seems to be a concern, with some customers expressing disappointment. One reviewer noted friendly service but highlighted a limitation in catering to Spanish-speaking customers. Another reviewer had a significantly worse experience, describing the company as taking advantage of the elderly and being uninterested in customers after signing contracts. Overall, the business scores average marks, but there are areas that need improvement. The company seems to lack a strong focus on pricing, leaving room for potential price negotiations. Despite having a co-brand partnership, the business's innovativeness could be further explored to stay competitive in the market. Unfortunately, this company has received some low ratings from clients, which may indicate that they could improve on their quality of service and overall customer experience. The company may want to address these concerns and work on providing a more inclusive and satisfactory experience for all customers.
