A1 Block is a construction and development company that specializes in building materials and concrete products. They have a wide range of services, including supplying concrete to customers.
Their address is Building 3117, Sammonds Rd Road, Plant City City, and they can be reached by phone at +18635572973. They also have a website at http://www.a1block.com/ and are a co-brand of A1 Concrete.
The company's working hours are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except on Sundays when they are closed.
The overall quality of A1 Block's services seems to be a mixed bag, with some customers reporting excellent service and others experiencing issues with their orders.
One customer reported being thoroughly screwed over by the company, with issues including a short load of concrete, incorrect calculations, and high-pressure sales tactics. The customer also felt that they were being punished for asking questions and seeking quality control.
Another customer reported having a great experience with the company, but this is a minority view.
The company's pricing seems to be competitive, but the customer who reported being screwed over also mentioned that they were overcharged and had to pay nearly triple the original price for their order.
A1 Block's innovativeness is questionable, as they seem to be following a standard business model without any notable innovations or unique features.
One issue with A1 Block is the lack of accountability and customer support. The customer who reported being screwed over mentioned that the sales representative, Matt, was waiting for his GM to "look at it" and rectify the situation, but this did not happen. This lack of accountability and follow-through can be a major red flag for customers.
