This business location has its share of problems. Despite its good pricing, the overall experience is marred by subpar quality and professionalism. One client's experience with A&W Pool Service was particularly disturbing, with the technician refusing to acknowledge the problem and instead trying to charge for labor and parts without even checking the issue. On the other hand, another client has been using their services for over 20 years and has always been satisfied with the competent, professional, and reliable service they provide. However, this positive review is not enough to outweigh the negative experience of the other client. The lack of responsiveness and poor quality of service is a major concern, and it's surprising that the business has been able to maintain a 3-star rating on other platforms. The biggest issue here is the complete lack of professionalism and responsibility shown by the technician who refused to solve the problem he caused, leaving the client frustrated and disappointed. It's a shame that a business that has been around for so long cannot seem to get its act together and provide consistently good service to all its clients.
