This printing business has had several issues with customer satisfaction. The owner, Jeff, has been reported to be unresponsive and unreliable. Several customers have experienced delays or cancellations of orders, including a customer who had to take the business to court for a refund. On the other hand, one customer had a positive experience with Jeff, finding him to be helpful and cost-effective. However, this was an isolated incident. The business has a reputation for being a rip-off, with some customers reporting being overcharged or treated poorly. The business has some positive qualities, such as being wheelchair accessible and offering delivery services. They also accept credit and debit cards. However, the overall quality of their work seems to be a major concern, with several customers reporting subpar results. The pricing of their services seems to be a mixed bag, with some customers finding it reasonable and others feeling overcharged. It's worth noting that the business has a low overall rating of 1.7 on third-party review platforms, indicating a significant issue with customer satisfaction. The lack of a clear commitment to quality and customer service is a major concern for this business. One major issue that has been consistently reported by customers is the business's tendency to overcharge and underdeliver. This has led to several customers feeling ripped off and distrustful of the business. It's unclear whether the business has taken steps to address these issues, but the consistent pattern of negative reviews suggests that there may be a deeper problem that needs to be addressed.
