With an overall rating of 4.7, it's clear that they are doing something right. The staff has been described as very friendly, and the guests often leave feeling satisfied and wanting to come back. It's easy to see why this place is a popular choice among travelers. The quality of the services is good, but not exceptional. The location is pleasant, but some guests might find it a bit too calm. However, one potential downside is that the staff seems to be a bit inflexible with the room arrangements, so it's best to plan ahead if you have specific requests. Despite this, the staff does their best to accommodate guests' needs, and the overall atmosphere of the place is warm and welcoming.
