The location has been a reliable choice for truck and trailer washing, with a wide range of services, including self-serve and full-service options. The employees are known for being friendly and helpful, and many customers appreciate the convenient location, which is close to a highway. While some customers have noted that the self-serve bays could use a bit more soap, most reviews praise the quality of the washes, with many customers saying their vehicles came out sparkling clean. Pricing is generally considered reasonable, with many customers feeling that the cost was fair for the quality of service they received. Innovativeness is also a strong point, with some customers appreciating the unique services offered, such as hand washing and spot-free rinsing. However, one customer reported an issue with a compressor malfunctioning in the self-serve bays, and another customer had a problem with scratches on their vehicle after a wash. Overall, the location seems to be doing a good job of providing high-quality service to its customers, but there may be some room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and customer satisfaction.Despite a few isolated incidents of poor service, the location has earned a reputation for being a reliable and trustworthy choice for truck and trailer washing. Many customers have reported being satisfied with the quality of the washes and the friendliness of the staff, and some have even gone so far as to say that they have been using the location for years and have never had any problems. The location's commitment to providing high-quality service is evident in the attention to detail that the staff brings to each and every wash, and many customers have reported being impressed by the thoroughness of the cleaning process. One issue that has been noted by a few customers is the difficulty of getting into the self-serve bays, particularly for larger vehicles. However, this issue seems to be relatively minor, and most customers have been able to navigate the bays without any problems. In terms of pricing, the location seems to be generally in line with what customers would expect to pay for a high-quality wash, and many customers have reported feeling that the cost was fair for the quality of service they received.Overall, the location seems to be doing a good job of providing high-quality service to its customers, and many customers have reported being satisfied with their experiences. However, there may be some room for improvement in terms of attention to detail and customer satisfaction, particularly in terms of addressing isolated incidents of poor service.
