This business has a good reputation among pet owners, as shown by their average rating of 3.4. Mrs. Kim provides a royal treatment for pets, making them look and feel great. However, there have been some issues with communication, as one customer was not returned after leaving a message. Despite the lack of innovation in their services, Mrs. Kim's business has established itself as a trusted option for pet grooming. The business is well-established, with a long address in Brooksville City, including Scrub Oak Ln Lane, and a phone number that is easily accessible. They also have a co-branding partnership with A Phasion Clip Mobile Dog Grooming. One major issue is the inconsistent communication from the business, which may lead to frustration for customers. For example, one customer was not returned after leaving a message, and another was left waiting for a call back to confirm booking. This problem is highlighted by the fact that customers often comment on the excellent service they receive, but also mention the difficulty in getting in touch with the business.Overall, the quality of the service provided by Mrs. Kim is good, but there are some areas that need improvement. The pricing of the services is fair, making it a great option for pet owners who want to give their pets a good grooming experience. The business is not particularly innovative, but it has established itself as a reliable option in the community.
