3.5

This business location has its pros and cons. The overall score of 3.2 indicates that the experience was decent, but there's room for improvement. The quality of work is a concern, with a score of 2.8, indicating that some customers have been dissatisfied with the final result. However, the pricing is reasonable, with a score of 4.5, suggesting that customers feel they get a good value for their money. The business has a solid reputation, but some customers have reported issues with the company's professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to complete the job as promised. There are also some concerns about the quality of work, with some customers reporting that the finished product did not meet their expectations. On the other hand, many customers have been very satisfied with the service, citing excellent communication, promptness, and attention to detail. Some customers have also praised the company's honesty and fairness, which is a positive attribute.Overall, this business location appears to be a decent choice, but potential customers should be aware of the potential issues with quality and professionalism. It is worth noting that one major issue seems to be inconsistent quality of work, with some customers reporting that the finished product did not meet their expectations. This is a major red flag and suggests that the company may need to work on improving its quality control processes. The business has a relatively long list of positive reviews, but it's also worth noting that some customers have reported issues with communication and responsiveness, particularly when it comes to resolving problems or following up on concerns. This is another area where the company could improve. One major concern is the lack of a consistent warranty or guarantee, which could leave customers feeling unprotected in case something goes wrong. The company's guarantee is reportedly only Mike's word, which may not be sufficient for some customers.
