Many customers have mentioned that the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and communicative, which has helped build trust and confidence in the company. The team is known for their punctuality, cleanliness, and attention to detail, leaving customers with a positive impression of the company.
Some customers have noted that the company is very responsive to their needs, whether it's for a repair or a full roof replacement. They have also praised the company's honesty and transparency, with some customers mentioning that the staff has gone above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.
One issue that stands out is the occasional need for customers to follow up on their progress, with some customers feeling that they had to push for updates. However, this seems to be a minor issue, and the company has taken steps to improve communication with their customers.
Overall, A-1 Roofing appears to be a reliable and trustworthy company that delivers high-quality work at a reasonable price. While there may be minor areas for improvement, the company's commitment to customer satisfaction and its reputation for excellence make it a top choice for those in need of roofing services.
