This location has a dedicated parking lot with accessible entrance and parking spaces for people with disabilities. The business operates 24/7, providing convenient parking services to the public. However, the parking rates seem to be quite high. The website does not provide much information about the parking rates and policies, which might be confusing for some users. One of the major issues with this location is that the parking machines are often broken, leaving customers frustrated and without a way to pay for their parking. This can lead to unpleasant experiences and additional costs for the customers. Additionally, the location appears to be a hub for homeless people, which might make some users feel uncomfortable. The staff has been responsive to customer complaints, with the owner apologizing for the inconvenience caused and offering support to resolve the issue. However, this has not seemed to address the root cause of the problems. The business seems to be focusing on its services for larger events and facilities, but it has not been prioritizing the needs of individual users. The parking lot is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus for people with disabilities. However, the overall experience of parking at this location has been marred by issues with the parking machines and high rates. The location seems to have a partnership with another business, 717 Parking L17, which might be a sign of its commitment to providing parking services. However, this does not necessarily reflect on the quality of service provided to individual users. The business has a commitment to hospitality and customer satisfaction, as stated on its website. However, this seems to be at odds with the reality of the parking experience at this location.
