This 535 Smoke Shop location on Vineland Rd in Kissimmee City offers an excellent overall experience. Quality of products and services is also great, with helpful and knowledgeable staff, including Lilah, Aliza, Savannah, and Natalia. The pricing is very fair and competitive, making it a great value for customers. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and accommodating, creating a positive atmosphere. Many customers appreciate the variety of products and the ability to make informed decisions with the help of the knowledgeable staff. The shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked, making it a pleasant experience for visitors. There is only one issue with this location. On one occasion, a customer was denied service by an employee who seemed to be having a bad day. This was not the typical experience for most customers, but it highlights the importance of providing consistent and excellent service to all customers. Overall, this location is a great option for those looking for a welcoming and knowledgeable shopping experience.
