Lakeside Central Apartments in Tampa City offers a pleasant living experience with a variety of amenities. The complex is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Residents appreciate the community events and the welcoming atmosphere. The apartments are comfortable, and the location is convenient. However, there have been some issues with maintenance and repairs. Some residents have experienced problems with noise levels, including construction noise and barking dogs. Additionally, there have been complaints about the cleanliness of the community and the responsiveness of management to resident concerns.Despite these issues, the complex has a good reputation and is a popular choice for renters in the area. The prices are reasonable, and the amenities are a major draw for many residents. Overall, Lakeside Central Apartments is a solid choice for those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live. One issue to note is the inconsistent response from management to resident concerns. While some residents have reported being helped promptly and efficiently, others have experienced delays and a lack of communication. This can be frustrating for residents who are trying to get issues resolved quickly.
