This business location has a decent reputation among customers, with a overall score of 3.8 out of 5. The quality of work is a mixed bag, with some customers raving about the service they received, while others have had disappointing experiences. The pricing is generally considered to be reasonable, with many customers feeling that they get a good value for their money. However, the innovativeness of the business is not well represented, as there is not enough information to determine whether the company is willing to try new approaches or stay ahead of the curve. The business operates from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekends, which seems to be a convenient schedule for most customers. The staff appears to be friendly and knowledgeable, with many customers praising their professionalism and responsiveness. However, there are some significant issues that have been raised by customers. One of the main concerns is the quality of work, with some customers reporting that their yards were not properly maintained or that plants were not properly cared for. This has led to a lot of frustration and disappointment among customers.Another issue that has been raised is the lack of communication and responsiveness from the company. Some customers have reported that they did not receive timely invoices or that their concerns were not taken seriously. Finally, there have been some complaints about the company's employees, with some customers reporting that they were rude or unprofessional.Overall, this business location has some strengths and weaknesses, and customers should be aware of the potential issues before deciding to work with the company. The positive comments from customers highlight the company's strengths, including their responsiveness, professionalism, and value for money. For example, one customer praised the company's staff, saying that they are "hard workers" and that they "get the job done." Another customer complimented the company's flexibility, saying that they were able to accommodate their schedule and needs. On the other hand, the negative comments from customers highlight the company's weaknesses. For example, one customer reported that the company's employees were "rude" and "unprofessional." Another customer complained that the company's work was of poor quality and that they were not properly maintained. It is worth noting that the company has a rating of 3.0 on third-party review sites, which suggests that they have a mixed reputation among customers. However, it is also worth noting that the company has been in business for several years and has a reputation for being a local, family-owned business.
