This location provides a peaceful atmosphere that is welcoming for its clients. Shannon, the primary massage therapist, has a high level of professionalism, as seen in the numerous reviews highlighting her skill, knowledge, and friendly demeanor. Many clients have expressed their gratitude for her ability to identify and address their specific needs, making them feel relaxed and relieved from pain. While there is a lack of concerns in many reviews, one instance of a poor experience from a client suggests that communication breakdowns can occur. The client felt that their needs were not met, and the therapist failed to accommodate their requests, leading to a negative experience. The massage services offered by this location, including various techniques and tools such as hot stones, cupping, and aromatherapy, are highly effective in relieving pain and promoting relaxation. The variety of services, including 30/60/90/120 minute packages, makes it easy for clients to find a suitable option to fit their needs.Overall, this location is a great choice for those seeking a high-quality massage experience, with a focus on client care and satisfaction. However, it is essential to ensure that communication is clear and effective to avoid any misunderstandings. The location's accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking and restrooms, demonstrate a commitment to inclusivity. The presence of a gender-neutral restroom further enhances the welcoming atmosphere for clients from all backgrounds. The working hours are accommodating, with extended hours on weekdays and a reasonable schedule on weekends, making it easy for clients to fit in a massage session. The location's emphasis on self-care and client well-being is evident in Shannon's advice to clients to "remember your self-care every day" and her appreciation for clients' dedication to self-care. This attention to the overall well-being of clients is a significant aspect of this location's appeal.
