This business has a strong reputation for being a women-owned and LGBTQ+ friendly establishment. The location is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for customers with disabilities to navigate. The owner, Mary, is always helpful and responsive, with many customers praising her exceptional customer service. The store offers a wide range of high-quality, gently used furniture and decor at affordable prices. Some customers have mentioned that the prices can be a bit steep for some items, but overall, the prices are considered reasonable for the quality of the merchandise. One issue that has arisen in the past is with the store's inventory management. A few customers have reported finding an item that was already on hold or sold, which can be frustrating. However, the owner has taken steps to address this issue and has implemented new policies to prevent it from happening again.Despite this minor hiccup, the store has a strong reputation for being a trusted and reliable source for quality, affordable furniture and decor. Customers appreciate the owner's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. The store's selection of items is always changing, so customers can expect to find new and interesting pieces to enhance their homes. Overall, this business is a great destination for anyone looking for unique, high-quality furniture and decor at affordable prices.
