The building is easily accessible for people with mobility issues, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The staff is generally helpful and friendly, with some employees even checking and cleaning the facility daily. However, there have been issues with some employees not being present or being unhelpful, which can be frustrating for customers. The laundry machines are modern and well-maintained, with gas dryers available. Some customers have mentioned that the machines can be temperamental, but overall, they seem to work well. Prices are very reasonable, making this a popular choice for those in need of laundry services. One of the main concerns is the reliability of the machines. While some customers have had no issues, others have reported difficulties with the dryers not working or not drying clothes properly. Additionally, some customers have experienced problems with the change machine not dispensing the correct amount of change. The location is clean and well-maintained, with some customers praising the modern decor and layout. However, others have mentioned that the bathroom could be cleaner and better stocked with supplies. Overall, this location is a good choice for those in need of laundry services, but be aware of the potential issues with the machines and staffing.
