Our experience with 1st Choice Roofing was very positive overall, although there was one area where we were not completely satisfied. The company's reputation for quality work is well-deserved, and we appreciated the professionalism and expertise of their team, including Steve, who provided an estimate, and Danny, who managed the crew and the crew itself. The crew arrived on the day and time they promised, and they completed the job on the same day, including clean-up.
We did have some issues with the cleanup process, as there were a few scattered nails and debris left behind. However, the team was very apologetic and made sure to come back and finish the cleanup to our satisfaction. This minor issue notwithstanding, we are very happy with the quality of the work done on our roof, which looks great and is performing well.
The pricing was also very reasonable, and we felt that we got a good value for the money we spent. However, it's worth noting that there may be some confusion about the warranty and the process for making claims, which could be improved.
In terms of innovativeness, 1st Choice Roofing has implemented some technologies and processes that set them apart from other roofing companies, such as their online estimation system and their commitment to using sustainable materials.
