This business offers a wide range of services, including accounting, payroll, notary public, financial services, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. The location is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot, restroom, and entrance that cater to people with mobility issues. The staff is very professional and makes an effort to explain complex tax concepts in a clear and understandable manner. However, the quality of the services could be improved by providing more detailed and personalized support to clients. One issue is the lack of consistency in the working hours, with the office being closed on Thursdays and Sundays. This may cause inconvenience to clients who need to visit the office during these days. The business has partnered with 1A Tax Services, which may provide additional services and expertise to clients. The overall atmosphere of the office is welcoming and easy to navigate. The business is open on weekdays from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, allowing clients to plan their visits accordingly. The staff is responsive and helpful, and clients can reach them by phone at +18139326590.The location is easily accessible by car, and there is ample parking available. The business has a solid reputation, with a 5.0-star rating on third-party review sites.Overall, this business provides excellent services, but there is room for improvement in terms of consistency and quality.
