The business is located in a beautiful historic area of Tampa City. It offers a range of services, including event venue, entertainment, and wedding planning. The venue itself is elegant and nicely decorated, making it suitable for various types of events. The staff is friendly and welcoming, with many reviewers praising their professionalism and attention to detail. They work hard to ensure that every event is a success, and many couples have expressed their gratitude for their help and support. However, there are some issues with customer service. Some reviewers have reported receiving rude treatment from the staff, particularly if they have complaints or issues with their event. This is a major concern, as it can make a negative impact on the overall experience. One major issue that stands out is the business's financial instability. There have been reports of bankruptcy and staff layoffs, which can be a major red flag for potential customers. It's essential to research and verify the business's current financial status before making any decisions.Overall, the business has both positive and negative aspects. While it offers a beautiful venue and friendly staff, there are concerns about customer service and financial stability. Potential customers should be aware of these issues before making a decision.
