I have visited this location in Winter Haven City, which appears to be a convenient stop for those traveling by bus. The facility has a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, entrance, and passenger loading area, making it easily navigable for everyone.Unfortunately, I have not been completely satisfied with the quality of service I have received, which has been just average. However, the staff seems friendly and helpful.The pricing for services offered here seems reasonable, although I haven't had to use many of them. Overall, I find it to be a decent choice for those in need of a bus station.I would have liked to see some more innovative features or amenities, but so far, it's been a basic yet functional stop.
