About the Practices
Neurographic art is a free-flowing, intuitive drawing practice. You start with an intention, then let your hand move naturally across the page without worrying about making everything look “perfect.” The process can create room to let go of emotions, reflect and clear your mind. The practice was developed by psychologist Pavel Piskarev.
Sound bowls produce gentle, resonant vibrations that can help settle the mind, promote relaxation and bring greater awareness to the body. In chakra-based sound healing, these vibrations are associated with the body’s seven energy centers and are used to encourage grounding, emotional balance, self-expression and spiritual awareness.
Together, these practices offer a peaceful, reflective experience that brings the mind, body and senses into focus.
