The Florida Aquarium: Day of Discovery

Explore the wonders of the underwater world in a more comfortable, sensory-friendly setting at The Florida Aquarium’s Day of Discovery. Designed for children and individuals with sensory differences, along with their families, this special experience offers a welcoming way to enjoy the aquarium at their own pace.

Hosted in partnership with the University of South Florida’s Center for Autism & Related Disabilities (C.A.R.D.), the event features thoughtful adjustments to lighting, music, and special effects to help create a more accessible and enjoyable visit.

To provide a supportive environment for everyone attending, capacity is limited, and the event is reserved for families and children with sensory differences and/or accessibility needs.

$10 for non-members
